Q1:How much pressure ?
A1:This flosser has adequate pressure with settings from low to high. 45-130PSI,You can find one that will work for you. This was a consideration for me when choosing my flosser too.
The low setting is gentle and I find it best for me due to my sensitive gums but I use a higher setting for molars in the back of my mouth. The water reservoir is excellent and I always quit before it is empty.

A2:just as shown in the description. 3 modes, 1 jet tips and several other tips for 1 braces, 1 perio, 1 brushes, 1 tongue. We've had it for a week and love it! Does t he job. It is big to hold not streamlined like the ones attached to a bigger base, but as a stand alone it's great!

Q3:Can you use this in the shower? If anyone has does it work ok?
