Anti Corrosion Process
We have a spray production line with the first-class level in China. Our product are through Phosphating, the adhesion can be increased by 2-3 times and the corrosion resistance can be improved by 1-2 times. Then after Passivation, can increase the corrosion resistance of the phosphating coating by more than 10%. We control the powder coating bonded the metal material excellently. And The surface is dense and hard , impact resistant, abrasion resistant. Our products’s surface can provide long-term protection and decoration performance.
