The first mock exam is as follows:


1. The module adopts genuine high-quality relay, and the maximum load of normally open interface: AC 250V / 10A, DC 30V / 10A;


2. Chip mounted optocoupler isolation, strong driving ability and stable performance; Trigger current 5mA;


3. The working voltage of the module is 5V, 12V and 24V;


4. Each circuit of the module can be triggered by setting high level or low level through jumper;


5. Fault tolerant design, even if the control line is broken, the relay will not act;


6. Power indicator (green), 4-way relay status indicator (red)


7. The interface design is user-friendly, and all interfaces can be led out directly through the wiring terminal, which is very convenient


8. Module size: 73mm * 50mm * 18.5mm (L * w * h)


9. Four fixing bolt holes are set, with holes of 3.1mm and spacing of 67mm * 44.5mm


 


Two module interface:


1. DC +: connected to the positive pole of the power supply (according to the relay voltage of 5V, 12V and 24V)


2. DC -: connected to negative pole of power supply


3. In1-in4: according to the setting of each circuit, the pull-in of corresponding relay can be controlled at high or low level


 


Relay output terminal: there are 12 wire interfaces, and all interfaces can be directly connected and led out, which is convenient for users


 


1. No1 -- No4: normally open interface of relay. The relay is suspended before closing, and is short circuited with com after closing


2. COM1 -- COM4 relay common interface


3. NC1 -- NC4: normally closed interface of relay, which is short circuited with com before pulling in and suspended after pulling in


 


High and low level trigger selection terminal:


 


1. S1-S4 are the high and low level trigger selection of relay 1-4 in turn;


 


2. When com and low are short circuited, the corresponding relay is triggered at low level, and when com and high are short circuited, it is triggered at high level

5.How to control products with high quality? 


For PCB, we will use Flying Probe Test, E-test etc.
For PCBA, we need you to offer us a method or test fixture for the function test.Before that, our inspectors will use microscope and X-ray to check the IC footwelding or bad solder etc.


 


6.What are your PCB assembly quality standards?


We manufacture PCBs to meet IPC-A-610 Class 2 specifications as thedefault,supported by inspection and test crite-ria estiblished by IPC.
