With diverse experience in materials and fabrication, we can offer you a variety of shopfitting made by wood, metal, glass, acrylic and so on. We can help you from early 3D design concept development to final production run for store fixtures.
Cutting
We cut the raw materials into different shapes and sizes as approved technical drawings
Engraving
According to the approved design and drawings, we engrave the solid wood, MDF or melamine
Drilling
We drill the boards for different functions, such as for screw rod, merchandise display position and joint part
Edge sealing
Some clients choose melamine as main materials, we need to do edge banding to cover the edge section
Painting
We put varnish on veneered board or paint different colors on MDF as 3D design approved by clients
Veneer
To meet the different requirements, such as fireproof, durable, we veneer the laminate, wood or paper
Sanding
We sand the painted MDF to ensure the surface are smooth and keep good quality
Puttying
We putty the materials surface to ensure it's smooth after painting and another function is to plug the holes
Assemble
We do pre-assemble to check and confirm every details fit better for flat pack items, and assemble the equipped store fixtures before shipping
QC Process
We do 100% full inspection and pre-installation in-house to make sure everything is good before delivery.
Packing
We pack the fixtures in 5 layers same as photos to better protect the items during shipping, to ensure the fixtures you finally receive are good

-For Retail Shop: The MOQ is we make all display joinery (Cashier desk, Gondola, display tables, wall display shelving, etc) for a whole shop which is no less than 50 square meters;
-For Kiosk: The MOQ is 1 set of the kiosk which is no less than 10 square meters
-Specific Display Stand only: Please check with us for the MOQ
