SMG series AC permanent magnet synchronous servo motors have independent intellectual property rights. The use of high-performance rare earth permanent magnet materials has outstanding advantages such as low inertia, high power density, super overload capacity, extremely low torque ripple, and low noise.

Brief introduction of SMG servo motor technical characteristics
General technical characteristics;
Applicable environmental characteristics: The motor can meet the rated output power at an altitude of not more than 1000 meters at 5～+40°C and normal pressure.
Power loss: at 40～+50°C, and the altitude exceeds 1000 meters, the power will decrease by 1.5% for every 100 meters.
Power-off brake (optional): When the motor is de-energized or suddenly powered off, the brake works to keep the motor shaft from rotating to avoid personal injury or equipment damage.
Bearing characteristics: All SMG servo motors adopt imported single-row double-sided dust-proof ball bearings, high and low temperature grease, and their service life is not less than 20,000 hours under normal load conditions.
Electrical technical characteristics;
The electrical technical characteristics include that the servo unit avoids interference from peripheral electromagnetic equipment and other equipment, and requires good shielding measures. The ground wire of the motor must be thick and short for reliable grounding (standard ground), and the shielded wire must be connected to a large enough metal plane to prevent high-frequency interference. The shielded wire and the ground wire must be strictly distinguished and cannot be confused. The connecting wire between the motor and the servo drive must be shielded wire, its reactance capacity, motor power cable is not less than 150pF/m, and the position feedback cable is not less than 120pF/m.
