Activated Carbon Non-Woven
Activated Carbon Filter cloth is a sprinkled or inter carbon which has been activated for super absorbency of odour, particulate matter and other pollutants. A high-temperature carbonization, activation and refining process activates carbon manufactured from shells (coconut/walnut/almond) and other materials.
Activated carbon non-woven fabric is made of high-quality powdered activated carbon as the adsorption material, which is loaded on the non-woven matrix with high polymer bonding material. It has good adsorption performance, thin thickness, good permeability,easy to heat forming, and can effectively absorb various industrial waste gases, such as benzene, formaldehyde, ammonia, sulfur dioxide, etc. It is mainly used to make non-woven active carbon masks, which are widely used in heavy pollution industries such as chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, paint industry, pesticide industry, etc., with remarkable anti-virus effect. It is also used to make activated carbon insoles, health products, etc., with good deodorization effect.
