Product Description
1. The press is dedicated in vulcanizing tire treads, with large unit pressure and high level of automation.
2. It is mainly used for tire tread vulcanization molding in tire retreading industry and pressing molding of rubber products requiring high temperature and high pressure in other production processes.
3. The machine has the functions of automatic pressure supplement, automatic exhaust, vulcanization digital display timing, automatic mold opening and so on
4. The machine is equipped with manual control device, which can open and lower the mold in case of power failure.
5. The machine is equipped with high and low pressure oil pump, which is directly driven by motor, and the motor is started by magnetic starter.

Packing & Delivery
The equipment shall be delivered after coating, and then wrapped with tensile film to avoid rubbing the paint on the surface. Wooden packaging can be customized. Key components, such as electronic control box, shall be packed with packaging materials to prevent vibration, and then packed in wooden box.
