A: MOQ of each battery pack depends on the capacity, discharge rate, and number of cells. Feel free to check with us and we will do our best to fit your needs.
Q3. How do you ship the batteries? How long does delivery take?
A: In general, orders will be shipped by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or postal small packets. Delivery time varies across different
countries,usually from 5 to 50 days. For bulk quantities or wholesale orders, we can work out with your shipping agent for the most appropriate shipping method.
Q4. How do you deal with quality issues?
A: Every battery pack will go through a quality check procedure before leaving the factory. Please contact our customer service team with photos or videos in case any product issue is found. The photos and videos should clearly show the battery label & logo,and the battery pack should be connecting to a charger or voltage checker with voltage of each cell. We will review each case carefully, if any quality issue is found, we will either send a new battery pack or offer a refund.
