For existing samples, it takes 2- 3 days, they are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing, etc.
Q3: How long is the production lead time?
It takes 3-5 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
Q4: What format of the file do you need if | want my own design?
you can provide JPG, Al, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or logo printing for your final confirmation based on technique.

Our normal payment term is T/T via bank transfer, we also accept trade assurance order on Alibaba, you can use the paypal, credit card and bank transfer ect.
