Flexible TPE compound, to be transformed by the extrusion process.
It is a new type of TPE compounding based on SBC (SBS/SEBS). It is a new material that combines good processing characteristics of plastic with good mechanical properties of rubber.
1. Environmentally friendly, carpets or rugs which used our TPE TPR as back coating can pass tests which US, EU market required.
2. Wide range on hardness, can custom.
Popular hardness for carpet backing TPE TPR is about 55A±2.
3. Custom on color.
Popular color is natural white. Similar with latex.
4. Recyclable, eco-friendly.
5. Good elastic, excellent performance which makes it easy processing inproduction
Makes carpet with good anti-slip after coating TPR TPE on back.
6. TPE/TPR can bond with PP, PS, ABS, PC, PA, PBT, POM, nylon, and other special engineering plastics. They can be used in injection molding, extrusion, casting, blow molding, etc.
7. Widely application. It can be widely used in sports products, industrial products, stationery and medical products, daily merchandise etc.
