Belt conveyor and crusher
The belt conveyor is for transport the plastics to crusher, which can directly and automatically transport .All contacted with raw material parts made of stainless steel,inverter control.
Friction washer
Mainly used for plastic recycling washing, when recycled material, the material will stick with dirty (such as sand and dust, etc.), need to use friction washer for wash materials, washing process is typically through a friction washer material movement.
Floating washer
Matched bottom screw and side slag discharge screw,discharge precipitated impurities,the main body of the material using wheel form.
The discharge section using stainless steel claw type,outlet the material at the same time to reduce take out sewage.
Squeezer machine.
Removed the moisture by physical extrusion.Final product:semi-plasticized lump.
