AGRICULTURE IRRIGATION AUTOMATIC BACKWASHING DISC WATER FILTER
AIGER Automatic backwashing disc water filter is mainly composed by filter housing, discs, 3-way backwash valve, controller and pressure gauge. It is fully automatic operation.

HOW IT WORKS
Filtering Process
There are thin grooves on the surface of the discs; the grooves in opposite direction between vicinity discs then make many crossed points. The numbers of crossed points are different along with different disc precision. The crossed points form many chamber and irregular channels will intercept suspending particles better by the next crossed point after they are skipped from the previous crossed points.
Cleaning Process
When there are many impurities accumulated in the grooves between discs, the disc filter will change water direction of inlet and outlet, compressed discs will open automatically and compressed water will inject to discs and rotate the discs quickly. The discs will be cleaned through injecting water and fast rotating. Then the filter will change water direction again to renew filtrationstatus.
