A:We are 11 years professional manufacturer and we have three brands:SS,Tinga and DK sportbot.

Q2. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our machine with carton and plywood case for exporting.

Q3. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 50% as deposit and 50% before delivery.

   We can show you the photos of the products and packages before shipping if you need.

Q4. Can I request the sample before order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q5. What about the lead time?
A: Sample in stock , mass production need to confirm within 2 days once get your order. 

Q6. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have machine three days 72 hours continous testing before delivery.
