This black vinegar is produced in Fukuyama-cho, Kagoshima Prefecture, located in the southern part of Japan.
It is one of the few black vinegar products in the world that is made from brown rice and fermented and matured in an outdoor pot for more than one year.

Features of the product
The black vinegar is produced by a very rare brewing method where the vinegar is matured for more than one year in a pot placed in the nature.
The brown rice used is 100% made in Japan. The water used is groundwater pumped up from 100 meters underground.
Fermentation and maturing for a long time makes the taste mellow and increases the amino acid content.

Delicious way to consume
The recommended daily dosage is about 30m (l) of undiluted liquid in the white cup provided.
When drinking, dilute about 10ml with water 5 to 10 times or more.
If you have trouble drinking, add honey.
