Description:
Type SW-1600 grinding machine is a multi-utility grinding machine. Self designed with Germanic technique. The machine is mainly used in grinding all sorts of knives. It is the necessary machine in woodwork, food, printing paper, plastic and veneer. It is special for cutting-paper machine. The frame is jointed in the double iron plates in high quality. The advanced and reasonable frame can ensure the precision of the machine. There is an electromagnetic cupola in the machine body. There is a worm transmission on one end which can adjust the angle from 0 to 90 degree when the hand is revoled. On front side there is switch block which is used to adjust the working distance. And on the back side is Variable frequency speed regulating rack and pinion drive. Pump is fixed on the cover of the water tank, equipped with electric controlling box. The machine uses the engine drive. There is a gear clearance mechanism between the saddle and the motor. You can adjust it to be best. The main case is on the frame. There is a special motor for rising up and down, which is in the grinding-knives’ box. The special motor is special for grinding the knives. The machine is equipped with super electromagnetic suction cap. The angle from 0 to 90 degree is adjustable with a calibrating device. The working distance is adjustable in fixed range. Wet grinding is applied to the precise grinding of the angle of the knife with cup-shaped grinding wheel. Different grinding wheels can grind knives in different material . The special motor is special for grind (axis gap as adjustable). Auto-feed and hand-feed can be chosen in the course of working.
