1.Do you provide any samples?
Yes, but not for free, while shipping fee is also your responsibility.
2.Do you provide productswith the same components?
They are all with standard ones while customized ones are welcome. We will meet all your needs, like size, content, the number of paintbrushes,frames etc.
3.Is customization available?
Yes, you can tell us in advance the items and size (all kinds of pictures), the number of which should be at least 100sets（oil painting by numbers and diamond painting）or 50 sets(fininshed oil painting). Customization of at least 10,000 OEM packages is also available( for digital paintings by numbers and diamond paintings).
4.Do you provide frames?
Finished oil paintings are with frames (because they are easy to be damaged，except some special ones). Combination painting frames for digital oil paintings and diamond paintings are provided but are extra (you can assemble manually without any tools).
5.Are your materials environmentally friendly?
Yes, the pigments used for paintings have all passed SGS tests.
6.What are the available ways of payment?
T/T, Western Union, Paypal, Alipay or Wechat.
7.How soon will our inquiries be replied?
We will usually reply to your replies timely and you can surely get the reply within 12 hours(even at holidays and festivals).
