Spirulina Extract E18 Food Grade
PRODUCT SPECIFICATION
Spirulina Extract is mostly blue granules or powder, it is a protein-binding pigment, so it has the same properties as protein, with an isoelectric point of 3.4. Soluble in water but insoluble in alcohols and oils. Unstable to heat, light and acid. Stable under weak acid and neutral (pH4.5~8), precipitation occurs when acidic (pH4.2), strong alkali can be to decolorization.
