1. The machine is mainly used for (biological) organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer and aquaculture processing industry granule processing;

2. The surface of the machined granular material is smooth, moderate in hardness, and has a low temperature rise during processing and it can keep the nutrient components inside the raw material well. This machine combines the three-in-one of a feeder mixer and a granulator; when the material is evenly fed, the material is also stirred for a second time. The feeder is equipped with a governor, and the material is adjusted to the dry humidity in the production so that the host will not be stuck or useless. The main machine is equipped with a ring mold and a flat mold, which is equivalent to the work of two pelletizers.

3. Uniform particle composition, neat shape, particle size of the pore size can be divided into: Φ5, Φ6, Φ7, Φ8 and so on. Users can choose according to production needs when ordering;

4. Because of the low moisture content of the pellets, it can be easily stored in the water and can remain in the water for a longer period of time, greatly improving the utilization of the material.

5. Granulator mold, stirring and conveying blades are quenched and tempered stainless steel; pressure roller casting and manganese addition and conditioning, to achieve anti-corrosion and wear resistance. This will increase production and reduce equipment losses.
