ODM Project Supported Different Usage High Quality 1500W 120-220V PTC Heating

Different with surface charged PTC heater, the surface uncharged PTC heater doesn’t have electricity in its aluminium surface. The PTC thermosistors, to be in charge of heating, have been encapsulated inside of some layers of yellow insulated paper. PTC heating elements have been assembled and fixed in the aluminum tube through a hydraulic press. To send out heat in time, the tubes with PTC thermistors have been surrounded by a lot of layers of aluminum fins or ripples. It is assembled by fins assemble machine, or sticked with special glue. As its insulation, this PTC heater is safer than surface charged PTC heater, so it has wider applications.






For the surface charged PTC heater, the width can be customized. It is made by 2 pcs of heating strips, so the gear can not been adjusted.

The other options include making outgoing fire resistance wires or making a frame of heat resistant plastic. We have engineer team who can help client to design how to assemble the PTC heater.

The highest temperature of the heater body is 280℃, the highest temperature of the heated air is 130℃.  It doesn’t have light fire.

This heater doesn’t have it. For safety consideration, we can add it to the PTC heater, need to negotiate with client about how to design a plastic frame to fix the sensor.

The possible applications of surface uncharged PTC heater
Because of good safe performance, no-surface-electrified PTC heater is most commonly used as large power of pre or post-heaters in home appliance. To say air heater, clothes dryer, disinfecting cabinet, air conditioner, any heater may touch people or other conductive objects.
