1. Which payment methods do you accept?
Accept :Credit Cards, Wire Transfers, Western Union, Paypal, Alibaba online, Aliexpress online and ect.
International orders originating from or shipping to locations outside of China:
Please note that all orders originating from outside of China must be prepaid via wire transfer or online pay prior to shipment. Exceptions may be made for long-term customers. Any customs, duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. For our international customers, we appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.
2. Can I get a discount if I make a larger order?
Yes. Please contact our Sales Department and provide the following information:
- The product(s) that you are interested in
- The exact order quantity for each product
- Your desired timeframe
- Any special packing instructions, e.g. bulk packing without product boxes
3.If Customs duties are incurred, buyer is responsible for them.
Customs is a governmental agency responsible for regulating the shipments entering a specific country or region. All shipments being sent to or from region must clear Customs first. It is always the buyer's responsibility to clear customs and pay the relevant Customs duties. We do not add taxes, VAT, duty, or any other hidden charges.
4. How to contact us?
Our on-site warehouse allows us to pack and ship your order quickly, usually on the same or next day it is received. Shipping time, methods and costs vary depending on your location. Please contact us freely if you need more information regarding shipping your order.
We ship our high quality ID card printers and ID accessories worldwide. DHL/Fedex/UPS/Alibaba express are our main carrier of choice for international transactions.
For international addresses, we usually use DHL/Fedex/UPS/Alibaba express shipping.
International orders may require customs, import and export taxes, which are the customers need to afford.
Shipping times may also be affected by customs delays.
Incomplete or Incorrect Shipping Address
If, after placing your order, you discover that your entered an incorrect address, simply call or email us to make the changes. As long as your order has not shipped, we can correct this for free.
If, after your order has shipped, you need to correct the address, please contact us to coordinate these changes.
DHL/Fedex/UPS/Alibaba express will charge some extra cost. So please avoid incorrect shipping address.
Orders for stock items received Monday through Friday prior to 4PM PST will generally be shipped out the same day they are received. Online orders and orders placed after the shipping cutoff, as well as orders to be sent USPS, will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on a Thursday or Friday may be scheduled for a Saturday delivery, maybe at an additional cost. Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Custom, special, and out of stock items will be shipped as soon as practicable.
We stand behind every product we offer with the industry's best return policy - you'll never pay a restocking fee for unopened items returned within 15 days, but need afford coming and return shipping fee. Most unopened items in new condition may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund, with no restocking fees. Non-returnable items include: special order or customized products, encoded cards, opened or used items including ribbons, cards, and cleaning kits.
Defective or Incorrect Merchandise
If you received a defective item, or one that is different then what you ordered, please contact us within 15 days so we may resolve the issue promptly. In order to determine if a printer or system is defective, we may need to set up a free trouble shooting session with our ID experts.
If the printer or system you purchased doesn't meet your needs, please contact us within 15 days to discuss our upgrade program. We will do everything we can to find a replacement that better suits your requirements. The full cost of the original printer will be credited to your upgrade order—you'll only pay the difference between the price of the returned printer and the replacement, plus any additional supplies.Printers and systems that have been opened are generally not returnable for a refund. Special exceptions may be made by your sales representative within 15 days of purchase; restocking fees may apply.
You'll never pay a restocking fee to return unopened items within 15 days. Non-returnable items include: special order or customized products, encoded cards, opened or used items.In special circumstances, your sales rep may approve a return or exchange of an opened ID card printer or of software that has been installed. In these situations a restocking fee of 10-50% may apply depending on the condition.
Refund amounts will be applied to the original payment method. Checks will be issued to the billing name and address on the original invoice. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and issued.
All returns and exchanges require a valid RMA number and our subject to our return policy.
Returns must be packaged in the original manufacturer's packaging (both inside and outside).
Any manuals, cables, warranty cards, static bags, etc. must be included with the return.
Original shipping fees are not refunded. Return shipping and insurance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
All returned and exchanged items must be returned within 15 calendar days. Returns and exchanges will only occur for eligible products. We reserve the right to refuse the return and exchange of any items that have been worn, damaged, or had the tags removed. If an item we receive has been worn, is damaged, has had its tags removed, or is deemed unacceptable for return and exchange, we reserve the right to return to you any non-compliant pieces. All product packaging must be intact and not damaged in any way.
