A:As to our present products, our payment terms is 30% deposit against order, 70% to be paid against BL copy by email.
If we make new mold for you as your request, our payment terms is 50% deposit against order, 50% to be paid against BL copy by email.
Irrevocable L/C is preferable for both.
Q:What’s our loading port?
A:Shanghai port, Ningbo port,Nanjing port or Nantong
Q: What’s our lead time for your prodcut?
A: Usually if the first order and based on our MOQ, it will take a little bit long time for checking the details,such as the label, packaging and so on, it would be about 30-35days, if the repeated order, it would be about 25-30days. And it also depands on the qty you order.
Q: Are we a manufacturer or trading company?
A: Yes, we are a manufacturer founded in 2001, with trade team for internation serice.
Q: Do we have technical team?
A: Yeah, we have our own designers and enginners, also a mold department, so if you have any new items, we could make it for you as your request.

A: Pls offer your own design in AI format. If mould design, we need it in STP.

A: We could offer you samples for free, you pay for the shipping cost.
