Bleaching Earth
Activated bleaching earth are highly active adsorbents of premium quality produced from natural bentonites or attapulgite by acid activation where their high level of absorption, acidic properties and their ion exchange ability are critical importance.
Activated bleaching earth/fuller’s earth is used for the removal of polar compounds like chlorophyll, carotenoids, phospholipids and peroxides, via chemisorption and acid catalysis.
Application:
Bleaching Earth used as clarifier for wine and candy paper, stabilization treatment of beer,saccharification treatment and purification of sugar juice;
Bleaching Earth is used as catalyst, filler, desiccant, adsorbent and flocculant for wastewater treatment;
Bleaching Earth is used for refining, decolorizing and purifying petroleum, grease, paraffin, wax oil, kerosene and other minerals, as well as petroleum cracking;
Bleaching Earth The harmful pigment, phospholipid, saponin and cotton acid in the oil are removed, so as to adsorb the pigment and other substances in the oil
