Description of Vacuum Frying Machine
Vacuum frying machine uses the heat-conducting medium and lowers the temperatures to finish the dehydration of raw material under vacuum condition. It is the vital equipment of the whole production. It lowers the frying temperature and enhances the conductibility of heat and water in the materials.
A high vacuum degree avoids the infiltration of oil into chips, so it produces high quality, well tasted, and crispy chip.
