ODM:
OVNS offer ODM service too. We can design the products according to the customers' needs. ODM contents are including e-juice flavors, battery capacity, new products, etc. The samples should be provided by customer.
After-Sales Service:
1. All the products are strictly checked before packing, to ensure the defective rate is less than 0.5%
2. In case any defective occurred during transportation or by improper use, we will send you replacements in your next order. In case the defective is over 0.5%, all the defective products should be returned for replacements.
3. The buyer is responsible for the shipping of return and the seller is responsible for the shipping of resending replacements.
