the structure of the machine
1. Unwinding parts
a. Unwinding adopts shaft loading and unloading, equipped with 3" key bar type inflatable shaft.
b. The feeding adopts pneumatic lifting, which is convenient for loading and unloading.
c. The unwinding tension is driven by a 4kw AC variable frequency motor.
d. The unwinding tension is controlled by PLC and Japanese Yaskawa vector inverter, which can keep the unwinding tension constant.
e. The unwinding correction system adopts the automatic photoelectric tracking correction method made in Taiwan.
f. Unwinding the deflection adjusting roller, which can easily adjust the unilateral tightness of the raw material.
2. Slitting parts
a. The cutting power is driven by the main traction variable frequency motor, and the transmission adopts a synchronous belt.
b. The slitting adopts a flat knife slitting method.

3. Traction platen roller parts
a. The power of the traction roller is driven by a 3kw three-phase AC variable frequency motor and controlled by a Japanese Yaskawa inverter.

4. Rewinding parts
a. The rewinding adopts a shaft pneumatic clamping mechanism, a mechanical swing type loading and unloading, and two key bar type air expansion shafts to ensure the horizontal positioning accuracy and convenient loading and unloading.
b. The winding tension is driven by two 3kw AC variable frequency motors.
c. The winding tension is controlled by PLC and the Japanese Yaskawa vector inverter. The parameters and winding diameter can be set according to the cutting process requirements, and the taper can be set to automatically control.
d. There are two rewinding shafts on the left and right. The left rewinding shaft or the right rewinding shaft can be used alone, or both shafts can be used at the same time. Two rewinding shafts pneumatically compress and pull the paper roller, the pressure can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the precision pressure regulating valve controls the pressing force.
