Cheesecake made from 100% Organic rice flour. We use organic rice flour pesticide-free to make our cheesecake, gentle at the taste, and not so sweet. May be enjoyed by kids to adults.We use rice flour from a company situated in Oshibedani, Nishi Ku, Kobe city in Hyogo prefecture. We collaborate with Ashiya to promote the local product. We think we created a good and fresh product, good for the health of our customers thanks to the organic rice flour but without compromise the taste of the cheesecake. Even if it’s Sake flavor, we didn’t put any alcohol inside, so can be enjoyed by everyone.




This version it’s popular for the “Adult taste” that the Sake brings to the cheesecake. The product will be delivered frozen, so it is possible to eat one half and eat the other half another time, or even cut the cheesecake into many pieces so you may enjoy it everyday!

Guide how to cut: Approximately 30 minutes after taking out from the freezer, press firmly with your finger to make sure if it’s still frozen or not. Cut with a knife previously warmed with hot water. After defrosting it, store in the refrigerator and can be consumed within 5 days.
