High Speed Plastic Extrusion Tape Line:
1.Direct drive motor and two stretching unit in tape stretching line application, with automatic adjustment of die and the
thickness online measuring system, a high efficiency and energy saving, hand provides high strength, low Daniel yarn production
regulation.
2.Online thickness measurement system of application so that the film is more uniform, stable, saving the cost of raw materials,
visualization of the automatic adjustment of die lip, has changed the traditional mould head adjusting mode, more intuitive, more
convenient ( optional)
3.Cutting unit adopts six groups of non-stop change form, improve the production efficiency.
4.Auto winding machine use, more suitable for the demand of high speed tape stretching line.
5.Electrical control unit: adopt the European famous-brand processor control (PC) to monitor and control the whole line centrally
and fully, bring the easier operation and more stability. (option)
6.Apply to produce the PP, HDPE normal tape, fibrillated tape, folded tape and some other flat-type tape with various
specifications.
