1. Do I need to plug in a network cable to use a wireless extender?
It can receive the Wi-Fi signal from main router and expend the signal without cable by plugin into socket.

 

2. How to place the wireless extender?
Wireless extender is equivalent to a signal relay device, after completing the initial connection, you can judge according to the color of the indicator on the Extender, GREEN means the distance from the main router is suitable, BLUE means the distance from the main router is too far or the signal is interfered, we suggest you choose another location to place it.

 

3. Does the Internet speed get faster with a Wireless Extender?
The main function of the wireless extender is to improve the signal coverage of the main router, so that the location that originally cannot receive Wi-Fi signal dead zones can also be connected to Wi-Fi Internet soomthly. The Internet speed is related to you bandwidth, the wireless extender cannot improve the Internet speed..
