A: Feel free to contact us and send us inquiry first! We accept AI/EPS/PDF/PSD/CDR file, high resolution images are OK as well. You can send your files in the chat or email us to xhy@xhypad.com or by cloud drive.
Q: How long will it take after I send my artwork?
A: Once we download your file, our designer will check it first. We will inform you if there's something is wrong then we can discuss and solve the problem with your opinion. If everything is fine, we will draft an order to you.
Q: How much should I pay first?
A: After you receive the order we drafted before, you should pay 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment by default.
