Additive for coal water slurry series products are multicomponent combination agents used for coal water slurry(CWS) manufacturing in coal gasification or combustion process. The basic function is to disperse the pulverized coal in the water to form a homogeneous and stable slurry with flowability. Patented non-toxic environmentally-friendly formula design can meet the requirements of ecological protection. The products were honored as "high-tech innovative product" of Jiangsu Province and Changzhou City.
Technical performance characteristics:
*Strong adaption to different coal species, water for coal grinding, and mixed combustion materials;
*High coal water slurry concentration, good slurry flowability, suitable viscosity, good static and dynamic stability;
*With relatively low proportion of addition, effectively reduce the manufacturing cost of coal water slurry.
According to the project design parameters of the customer, and the coal quality, coal grinding water quality, characteristics of mixed combustion material, process conditions parameters, and the requirements of slurry concentration, slurry viscosity, flowability, stability and particle size grading, the customized formula design and product are available.
