Description
Outer shell: 600D/96T 320G CE certified Oxford fabric wtih PU coating，breathable, waterproof, quick-dry;
Inside: TPU tube with 0.2mm thickness;
Buckle on shell: UTX brand;
Snap button on shell: Japan brand;
Buckle on pulling system: we make the mould by our own which can hold weight at least 100KGS
Sewing thread: nylon thread to make sure the shell is firm enough;

Airbag Details After Inflation
In the event of a fall, the key ball is pulled out, which causes the BSA-AIR cartridge to instantly inflate the airbag. Inflated airbag is strategically placed in five areas to provide protection to the neck, chest, ribs and back.

Installation of the strap on the motorcycle
The correct installation of the strap on the motorcycle is of crucial importance. It will influencethe time of activation of the airbag.
Make sure the Strap Length is right
If fitted incorrectly, the device could be triggered too late.The shorter the strap the better, but make sure it doesn't restrict you from normal movements.
Caution
Please install a new BSA-AIR CO2 cartridge after the vest is inflated.

Q1: After the airbag vest is inflated, can it be used again?
A1: Yes, the airbag vest can be re-used. Just replace the CO2 cartridge with a new one. There is detailed information for how to change the used CO2 cartridge in our User Manual.
Q2: Can the airbag vest be cleaned by water directly?
A2: No, the airbag vest can't be washed by water.
Q3: If the inflated airbag vest is damaged by severe friction on the ground in accident, would it still protect the driver?
A3: Yes, the aribag vest will still protect the driver. At the moment the rider is seperated from the horse/motorcycle, the aribag will be inflated within 0.1 to 0.15 seconds. The inflated airbag will protect the rider as soon as the rider touch the ground.
Q4: can you provide OEM service?
A4: Yes, we have provided OEM & ODM service for many clients.
