2. How shall we do if order Qty do not get to MOQ?
1) We can combine order to produce together.
2) We can suggest you choose stock shoes if it is available
3) We may increase FOB price base on small Qty.
3. I want to add my own logo or design on product, is it ok?
Yes, of course. We provide OEM/ODM service. You can put your logo on our shoes and also we can make shoes as your design.
4. Do you provide sample? Is it free or extra?
Yes, we can provide some of samples with free charge if we have stock but freight charges are on customers' account.
Other samples need to be customized we have to charge some fee including of freight cost.
5. Does your factory pass any audit?
Yes, our factory passed the audit of BSCI/SEDEX/DISNEY and so on.
6. How to keep the quality?
All our shoes made by skilled craftspeople and we have QC team to control quality.
7. Where is your Company located? How can I visit there?
