1.Q: Can we mark our own logo on the watch?

A: Yes, We can make the logo for you. Usually the logo can be marked on dial, case back, crown, buckle or band, depending on the customers’ needs.

A:We are confident in our quality and packing, the goods are all in good condition when clients received. But to avoid any subsequent trouble regarding quality issue, we suggest that you check the watches once you receive them, and let us know the detail if there is any damaged ones, so that we can deal with it accordingly and immediately.

A: Our usual packing for watch is opp bag, If you want to have a watch box, we can also supply you, but you have to pay extra cost

A: For customized style, we usually require MOQ for 500pcs per model per color. If you wanna mix style and colors, the cost surely will be slightly higher than that.

A: For products in the stock, the lead time is 3days once details confirmed. For customized order, quantity within 3000pcs, production time is 25-40days after
