1A1 flat resin diamond grinding wheel is composed of a diamond working layer and an aluminum base. The working layer is made of diamond powder and resin binder. The working layer is solidified under heat and pressure and then firmly bonded to the aluminum substrate.

Compared with ordinary grinding wheel, diamond grinding wheel has obvious characteristics and advantages:
1. Diamond has high wear resistance, grinding wheel wear is small, the longer the use of time.
