Product Description
Roller half-cut juice extractor is the international advanced continuous automatic juice extracting machine used for orange, lemon, grapefruit, etc. After the grading and oil extracting, the fruit(orange, lemon, grapefruit) will be fed into this machine, and transported through the bowl-shape conveyor , it will cut them in to two halves, and separately send to two vertical rotating hubs to get the juice, and automatically separate the peel and juice. This machine is continuous type automatic rotation coning juice, it is advanced in structure, stable in transmission, high in production efficiency. During the juicing extracting process, it will not crush the peel of fruit, thus it will provide the high quality juice with high juice yield.

Direction for use
It adopts the foreign advanced technology, can be applicable for fresh juice extracting from tangerine, orange, grapefruit, lemon, etc., and avoid the bitter vegetable oil remained in fruit cells and residue from fruit peels.This machine is composed of the parts: machine frame, gear box, juice collecting bucket, left rotor drum, blades, 4-opens rotary tables, right rotor drum, bowl-shape conveyor, safety cover, driving motor, etc. The working theory is the motor drives the main shaft through the V-belt pulley, the main shaft will transfer the power to the following structures: bowl-shape conveyor, 4-opens rotary tables, left rotor drum, and right rotor drum.
