Turbocharger is a sensitive properties, the turbochargers are easily to be damage due to technical problems during the process of installation and usage. So, we strongly recommend you to choose professionally qualified garage and technician for its maintenance and installation.

2. Quality warranty is 12 months. If your turbo is broken for this period , please contact us and send photo to us. We can try our best to slove your problem, but it is not responsible for us that caused problem by personal wrong operation . 

3. If buyer buy wrong item by mistake, we will not refund. So please check and confirm the item which you want to buy can match your car or turbo before purchasing. If you can not confirm if the item can fit your car or turbo, please feel free to contact us. 

4. We have two kinds of inner box for the turbo chra. You can see the following photo. One is blue box with    "powertec" logo on it, the other is neutral box with nothing.

  A:MOQ varies for different products, usually, some products have no request about MOQ.    Sample order is also OK, if product is in stock.

4.Q: What’s the package for your products?

   A:Usually, neutral package is provided, and all the packing materials are strong enough for delivery.  If order quantity is big enough(such as more than 500 pcs-1000 pcs), we can provide packages accoridng to customers' demand.

5. Q:How about the shipment?

  A: About big goods, we suggest sea freight.  If customers have shipping agent, we will send goods to their warehouse or sea port after goods is ready; If not, we can help to ship goods through our forwarder. However, if goods is small, we can arrange the delivery by courier or air for customers.
