80G small blind zone lime powder ore slurry level measurement storage tank silo radar level transmitter RS485

76-81GHz frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) radar products, supporting four-wire and two-wire applications. With multiple models, the maximum range of the product can reach 120m, and the blind zone can reach 8 cm. Because of its higher working frequency and shorter wavelength, it is especially suitable for solid applications. The working method of transmitting and receiving electromagnetic waves through the lens has unique advantages in high dust and bad temperature environments (+200℃). The instrument provides a flange or threaded fixing method, which makes the installation convenient and simple.

 

Based on self-developed CMOS millimeter wave radio frequency chip, it realizes a more compact radio frequency architecture, a higher signal-to-noise ratio, and a smaller blind area.

The 5 GHz working bandwidth enables the product to have higher measurement resolution and measurement accuracy.

The narrowest antenna beam angle is 3°, the interference in the installation environment has less impact on the instrument, and the installation is more convenient.

The wavelength is shorter, and it has better reflection characteristics on solid surfaces, so no special universal flange is needed for aiming.

Two points to pay attention to during installation: (1) Align the target material level and try to ensure the vertical incident material level; (2) Avoid false echoes. See the following points for typical working conditions.
Ensure that there are no interfering objects, such as human ladders and steps, within the beam range.

 

 

The installation of the instrument should ensure that the antenna beam avoids the feed inlet

 

 

The instrument is installed at least 20cm away from the container wall, otherwise it is likely to produce false readings

 

The cone-shaped container should try to ensure that the beam is directed at the bottom of the tank, otherwise the measurement results at the bottom of the tank may be inaccurate
