- The inner coffee bag is made of ultrasonic sealable non woven drip coffee bags roll material, which is pretagged with paper hanger, after forming and sealing, the coffee bag can be placed on the cup for brewing, the outer bag is composite heat sealable material.

Packing Material:   

Full automatic drip coffee pouch packing machine with high speed use packing material as follow:

Inner drip coffee bag with drip bag coffee material in roll, Japan source material, hisgh quality and food grade;

Outer bag material is composite material like plastic/plastic, plastic/aluminum/plastic and etc.

 

Optional Device: 

Vacuum conveyor, this is used for filling coffee powder into the packing machine hopper.

Date coding machine, this is used for coding the expiry date on the outer envelop.

Packaging and Shipping:  

  

We are trying to wrap our packing machine entirely, then you do not need to assemble on site, onlly if the machine in big size, we will take off some parts and makes smaller package, in this situation, we will take detailed picture or video, and guide you how to set up.

 

All the machine will be wrapped in stretch film or plastic bag cover, and then loaded in export standard wooden case, the wooden case will protect the machine very well. The wooden case well designed and convenient for forklift lifting.  

 

After Sales Service:  

We provide promise 12 month warranty for packing machine products, if the machine get problem for machine bad quality, we provide free spare parts for replacement, and we will provide life long online guiding. We have our oversea service team able to provide on site service abroad.

Our packing machines on sale are mature after long time testing and debugging, so the machine very reliable with rare problem. Some adjusting problem if you meet, that can be solved online, our experienced engineer will give video guiding, this is most convenient and economic way.

We also have oversea service team able to service abroad.

Right now, we did not set service center abroad yet, for our products sold worldwide, it is not easy to satisfy every needs. While we are connecting with some retailers, and believe they can do the service work soon, this will help them to enlarge their sales.
