Description
All welded plate heat exchanger
The plates of the all welded plate heat exchanger are not punched, and are welded into a whole at intervals on the end face. The cold and hot media exchange heat on both sides of each plate. Fluid pressure and pressure impact are mainly borne by argon arc weld without any sealing gasket.
All welded plate heat exchanger is resistant to high temperature and high pressure due to no sealing gasket. The temperature can withstand 300 ℃ and the pressure can reach 3.0MPa. The diameter of medium inlet and outlet is flexible, and the connecting pipe diameter can be made arbitrarily according to the requirements of working conditions. It is especially suitable for gas-liquid and liquid-liquid heat exchange with high pressure and medium and large flow.
Due to argon arc welding and no rubber gasket, the all welded plate heat exchanger is especially suitable for heating, cooling, evaporation and condensation of organic solutions with strong solubility and polarity, such as benzene, toluene, xylene, C4, lipids, etc.

Working pressure: maximum 3.0MPa; Design temperature: - 195 ~ 300 ℃
Plate thickness: 0.7 ~ 1.0mm;
