1. Are you a trading company or a factory?

We are a factory manufacturer with 38 years of experience in mechanical manufacturing. We have more than 20 distributors in China and export to more than 100 countries. We are a leader in the Chinese machinery manufacturing industry.

2. Can you customize the machine?

Yes, you provide the drawings and details of the product, and our engineers will give you a plan to confirm and then make a custom order.

3. How to solve your machine warranty and after-sales problems?

Our machines are guaranteed for one year. We will send accessories and remotely guide customers for repairs after the factory has been confirmed for non-human damage within one year. Special circumstances cannot be repaired, we will send engineers to the local area for repairs, and the guests will pay for all the living expenses of the engineers.

4. Do you include installation and debugging?

In general, our prices are EXW prices, and do not include the cost of installation and commissioning. Before shipment, we will arrange an installation and commissioning test. Customers can come to the factory for reference and training, or we can send video to the customer. If you need to go to the local installation and commissioning, you must dispatch the engineer.

5. What are your payment terms?

The payment terms we accept include: Western Union, T/T ,cash,. A 40% deposit is paid first and the final payment is paid before shipment.
