1: The negative pressure distillation device for waste oil and tire oil is designed as a continuous production process, and the waste oil and tire oil are pumped into the preheating system through negative pressure vacuum. After heating, it will be automatically sent to the distillation kettle (at normal temperature 380 ℃). When the vacuum degree is adjusted to -0.03mpa, about 80% of fuel oil (diesel) base oil can be produced (the requirements for feed oil are the same as that for the production of fuel oil, and the vacuum degree should be controlled above -0.08mpa). The production mode of one-time feeding is adopted. With the change of temperature, the gas enters the condensation system of the equipment after purification in the gas tower. When the gas passes through primary condensation, 95% of the oil and gas is transformed, Then enter the secondary condenser, the remaining 3% - 5% of the gas is converted, and then enter the tertiary vertical condenser to prevent a small amount of gas from being unable to be converted. That is, the unconverted gas enters the oil-gas separation system. Finally, it enters the furnace for combustion support.
2. Negative pressure environmental protection type: smokeless, tasteless and no secondary pollution in the production process; In order to meet the environmental emission standard, the burned gas is further purified to meet the national emission standard. There is an atomization tower device, primary dust removal and secondary atomization.
3: The equipment can be operated by using fuel oil or natural gas as heat source (non condensable gas is used for heating in the production process to save fuel)

safety problem:
1) Each system on the equipment is equipped with pressure gauge and thermometer. As long as the pressure exceeds the normal range, the system will automatically alarm.
2) The control system is equipped with a one key emergency stop device. In case of problems, press one key emergency stop directly and the equipment stops running. The control cabinet is equipped with thermocouple and remote pressure for real-time monitoring.
3) There are thermometer, pressure gauge and explosion-proof valve on the water seal. Once the pressure exceeds the normal range, the equipment will automatically relieve the pressure.
4) A flame arrester is equipped after the water seal to prevent the ignition source from backfiring.
