Extracting agent: steam/water, or solvent, like Ethanol, ether, ethyl acetate, petroleum ether, etc.

 

Application:

This system can be used for various process operations such as atmospheric extraction, water decoction, warm soaking, vacuum concentration, aromatic oil extraction and organic solvent recovery in the traditional Chinese medicine, food, and chemical industries.

The complete system includes: extraction tank, concentration tank, stirring motor, vacuum pump, heating system, demister, condenser, oil-water separator, filter, slag door, sampling hole and other accessories.

 

 

 

System Features

1.    100L atmospheric pressure extraction tank + 50L vacuum concentration tank, with maximum working volume 40L.

2. This equipment is made of high-quality stainless steel, has good corrosion resistance, is durable, and meets GMP standards;

3. The motor and valve adopt explosion-proof grade, which can be extracted with water vapor or solvents such as ethanol, ether, ethyl acetate, etc.;

4. The system is equipped with a stainless steel operation cabinet, centralized control, easy to operate;

5. The system is equipped with thermometers, vacuum gauges, sampling valves, glass sight glasses and other instruments.

 6. Vacuum pressure working range: -0.05Mpa~-0.085Mpa. Usually working at -0.065~-0.07Mpa (60-65degree).

    7. Water steam/Solvent recycling rate: about 89-92%;

8. Economic extracting and concentrating unit, this equipment investment is less, comparing to CO2 supercritical extraction unit.

9. Essential oil got from this unit is pure natural and healthy, no allergy comparing to CO2 supercritical extraction unit
