SJ100 PE PP bottle flakes Plastic Granulator Recycling Machine
This Plastic Flakes Single Screw Extruder Plastic Granulating Pelletizing Line with international advanced recycling technology and combined with the actual application condition. It is design specializes for recycling the recycled washed plastic PP PE rigid plastic flakes, such as plastic milk bottle flakes, shampoo bottle flakes, medicine bottle flakes, pe drinking bottle flakes, plastic basin flakes, plastic bucket flakes, etc.
After processing techniques such as feeding, heating, melt, cooling, drying, cutting etc., the final products are PP PE plastic pellets, granules that can be further to produce plastic chair, plastic profile, plastic bottle, drainage pipes, plastic sheet etc.

WORKING PROCEDURE:
Screw feeder → efficient first stage extruder → non-stop hydraulic screen filter changer → second stage extruder → hydraulic screen filter changer → die head →water cooling → strand cutting(watering cutting) → blower → storage hopper → electric control panel
