12.7mm lead 1.8 degree step angle 50KG thrust 86mm NEMA34 linear hybrid stepper motor with lead screw and nut

 

This is 86 mm stepper motor attached with lead screw and nut on top.

We have two types material on nut, including POM and PPS.

Both of them are plastic, with self-lubricating function.

The step angle of this motor is 1.8°, which means when this motor takes 200 steps, it will rotate one turn.

The lead crew’s lead is 12.7mm, so linear travel each step is 12.7/200 = 0.0635mm/step

This motor is used on high precision systems/devices, such as 3D printer, or machine tools.
