I. Welding Features

1.Automatic repair welding the surfacing(including the R angle ) of track idler and track roller.

2.Two set welding torch can weld at same time , welding one circle by one circle as spiral surfacing while workpiece is rotating, welding position is horizontal.

3.The welding specification is uniform and no leakage,less heat,and beautiful solder joints.The dilution of weld overlaid less than 10%.It is convenient and reliable to use the machine. Welding quality meets the requirements.

4.Use Japan OMRON PLC and 3-axis linkage to control and achieve the repair welding process, improve reliability.controls the whole machine operation. stable control and stable programming interface.

5.MCGS Touch screen as the input and output interface.The welding mode and welding specification can be preset, saved and recalled. via MCGS touch screen, it is convenient to modify the parameter and switch the status through the touch screen. 

6.Welding torch can be adjusted forward and backward automatically from preparation position and welding position.and can automatically move from left and right to finish different position welding

7.Welding torch can adjust Three-dimensional direction(up and down,forward and backward,left and right) and angled turn to meet different size workpiece.

8.Adopt heavy duty welded machine body, Workpiece is positioned by tooling jig and pressed by pneumatic cylinder,Rotating synchronously.convenient and quick for centering, good concentricity, and small deformation. and supported by universal ball workpiece support

10.Welding Process 

10.1.Manual load the workpiece on the welding position and clamp on tooling jig 

10.2 Welding torch go down automatically and Supplying shield gas automatically

10.3 Automatically repair welding the flat surface as the program

10.4 automatically change the angle

10.4 After finish the welding ,the welding torch return to the original point automatically

10.5 the tooling jig of Tail stock go backward pneumatically ,Release the workpiece from the tooling jig manually

Answer :All core components are famous china brand or international brand ,such as :Welding power source ,we usually use OTC and Panasonic brand.if you need Lincoln welding power source or Miller Lincoln welding power source is ok ,we also can use it on our welding machine .

For PLC : We usually use Omron and Panasonic PLC, or Customers specify the brand.

For robot :We usually use OTC ,YASUKAWA ,ABB or KUKA ,or Customers can specify the brand.
