A: Our standard MOQ is 600 pcs. We can accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need.
Q2: How long is the lead time of the samples?
A: For stock samples, it takes 2-3 days and the sample is free. For customized order, it depends on your logo and artwork styles etc., normally 7-15 days.
Q3:How long is the production lead time?
It takes 45 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
Q4: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
A: We have our own designer. JPG, AI, CDR or PDF are ok. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation.
Q5: How many colors are available?
A: It depends on the technique. Like laser only can be in just one color, ss color or black color. Heat transfer, water transfer, airwrap, water decal can be fading effect, no limit to the number of colors.

A: Our normal payment term is 30% T/T deposit,70% balance after copy BL . We also accept L/C at sight, and D/P.
