What is an ESS CHAMBER ?

Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), also known as AST (Accelerated Stress Testing), HALT (Highly Accelerated Stress Test), HASS (Highly Accelerated Stress Screening) or Burn-in test. 

Developed to help electronics manufacturers detect product defects and production flaws, ESS test is widely used in military and aerospace applications, and also for commercial products. ESS can be performed as part of the manufacturing process or it can be used in new product qualification testing. Tests typically include the following:

- Temperature variations

- Vibration tests

- Pressure

- Flexibility tests

Our standard ESS chambers models workspace volumes include: 225L, 408L, 500L, 800L, and 1000L. And interior dimensions can be customized according to specimen sizes and your testing requirements.

4)Production and delivery process:

      We will produce the machines according to confirmed PO requirements. Offering photoes to show production process. 

      After finish production, offer photoes to customer to confirm again with the machine. Then do own factory calibration or third party calibration(as customer requirements). Check and test all the details and then arrange packing.

      Deliver the products in confirmed shipping time and inform customer.

5)Installation and after sale service:

      Defines installing those products in the field and providing after-sales support.

3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?

--Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized.

4. How do you calibrate the equipment?

--We have our own calibration and third-party calibration such as ISO17025.

5. What's the delivery term?

--At most of time, we have stock in the factory. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 7-20 working days after deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making a special arrangement for you.

6. What about the services and product' quality?

-Service: ,Design service ,Buyer service.

Quality: Each instruments must be carried out 100% quality examination and test, the finished products must through a third party calibration institutions before shipping and delivery goods.

7. Can we come to your factory to study and train?

- Welcome to our factory for study and training, we provide this service free of charge.

8. Do you have an agent?

- Currently we have agents in Europe, Asia, North America, South Africa, and can provide sales and technical services.

9. How to provide after sales service?

- At first, our test chambers are produced based on 20 years product lifetime. Normally once test chambers have problems, we judge the problems, and send spare parts to our customers, and teach them how to change new parts on by email or video. Within 3 years, all spare parts and shipping cost (by DHL, INT, and FedEx) paid by our company.

- If customers need our engineers on site service, the company only need pay the ticket accommodation to our engineers, service is for free.

- If Products still can't use after our engineers repair, we will produce 2 new test chamber (same as the old one) to our customers with no charge.

- You can contact our local service center in overseas market to get service and product.
