A1: the delivery time for sample is between 12-14 days, for mass production is 15 days.

Q3: Can I customize a linear actuator to my specifications?
A3: All of our linear actuators are available for customization. Please refer to your desired product’s datasheet to view the full capabilities of its custom options. Please note there will be a lead time of approximately 15–30 business days for production according to your specifications, excluding shipping time. There will also be an additional fee for each actuator that is modified.
A4: We have multiple kits available, such as mounting brackets, handsets, wire or wireless remote controllers, control boxes, and so on.
