PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Kontur 90HP is designed for horizontal road marking with innovative one-component cold plastics and retroreflective glass beads.
It can apply the following types of lines: smooth lines, structured aggregates, and structured dots. The machine is self-propelled and controlled by an operator who walks behind it.
The marking unit is equipped with quick-release applicators for structured lines. Smooth base lines are applied using a screed-box system. Cold plastic is automatically mixed with hardener by a dynamic agitator immediately before application onto the road surface. Component batching is done automatically.
Plastic consumption depends on the marking type and structured line pattern and ranges from 1.5 to 6 kg/m2. The marking unit with an applicator and a glass bead gun is mounted on the right side of the machine.
Flushing of the agitator and the applicator is controlled from the operator's panel and requires minimal attention.
Retroreflective glass beads are applied on the line directly during marking using an automatic glass bead gun with an adjustable diffuser.
