"MOROMI is what gives it its unique flavor.
"MOROMI is the base of rice gruel-like sake made by fermenting ingredients, koji, water, and yeast.
Ordinary sake is made by straining it, but nigori-shu is made without straining to preserve its flavor.
Originally it was a seasonal tradition for new sake, but in recent years it has become a year-round product.
Recommended way to drink
It has a gentle sweetness and a fine "MOROMI".
In summer, you can enjoy it on the rocks with ice.For a maniacal match, Japanese sweets, especially those made with red bean paste.
